Rockville, MD – CenterGate Capital (“CenterGate”), an Austin-based private equity investment firm, announced today that its affiliate has made an investment in Cartridge Technologies, LLC (“CTI” or the “Company”), a leading managed print services provider to U.S. federal government agencies.
Established in 1990 and headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, CTI is a prime contractor to the U.S. government providing managed print services. The Company leads with technology-enabled and customized solutions for its customer base. CTI’s customers operate in complex environments with significant cybersecurity needs, conditions under which CTI thrives due to its high-touch approach.
