CenterGate Capital Announces Partnership with JRTech Solutions, a Leading Provider of Pricing Automation Technology

Montreal, Quebec, Canada (July 28, 2025) – CenterGate Capital (“CenterGate”), an Austin, Texas-based private equity investment firm, announced today that its affiliate has made an investment in JRTech Solutions (“JRTech” or the “Company”), a leading provider of pricing automation and robotic inventory management technology in North America.

Headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, JRTech is a leading supplier of pricing automation and robotic inventory management technology to North American retailers, focusing on grocery, pharmacy, and hardware end markets. JRTech serves as a full-service partner for retailers' electronic shelf label ("ESL") needs, including procurement, installation, training, and maintenance. The Company has an industry-leading reputation for quality and dependability as well as a complementary portfolio of ancillary ESL products and robotic inventory management technology.
